ACEM Prep is a free resource hub created by an Emergency Medicine registrar to support doctors preparing for the ACEM Primary and Fellowship exams.

From de-identified OSCE cases and Fellowship SAQs to intern-friendly guides, each resource was designed for study, teaching, and day-to-day learning. Now shared openly in the spirit of FOAM, these materials are here to support your exam prep.

During my time as a Registrar in Emergency Medicine (the best and most exciting specialty, if you ask me), I created a stack of OSCE stations to prepare for the real thing.
They were all based on cases I’d either been involved in or discussed afterwards, and something must have worked, because I passed first go.
Created during real exam prep and shaped by clinical experience, these resources are here to help the next wave of emergency medicine trainees succeed, with less stress and fewer folders.
This site includes OSCE stations, SAQs, practice questions, and intern tips—real-world, exam-focused resources to help emergency trainees study smarter and stay prepared.
Each OSCE station includes a candidate sheet outlining the scenario, an actor script to guide the roleplay, and a detailed 10-point marking guide to simulate real exam assessment
